- Modular cabin and prefab home concepts
- Architectural drafting and space planning
- 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization
- Construction detailing and design development
- Interior, exterior, and presentation studies
- Real BALAI PH projects and ongoing developments

Who We’re Looking For
- Architecture students or fresh graduates
- Passion for modern architecture and minimal design
- Strong design sense and attention to detail
- Fast learner with a positive work ethic
- Independent, creative, and adaptable

Software Skills
- SketchUp
- AutoCAD
- Lumion, Enscape, or D5
- Photoshop
- Revit is a plus
